COCONUT CREAM

Coconut cream is can be used undiluted or diluted thick or thin by adding hot water to fresh grated meat. This can be obtained by simply grating the meat from the shell and then squeezing it through the cheesecloth. Undiluted cream or kakang gata is the most common coconut cream used because it is the least adulterated. It serves as an ingredient to different food recipes most often with meats and fish.
