1 small onion, sliced thin
1 tablespoon ginger threads
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
2 tablespoons curry powder or to taste
2 teaspoons salt
1 chili, minced
1/2 cup prawn or shrimp broth
1 cucumber, diced
1 kilo shelled prawns
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/8 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 cup thick coconut cream

Saute onion and ginger in butter until light brown. Add the curry powder; salt, chili and broth. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add the cucumber, prawns, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and cream. Simmer until cucumber is tender. Serve hot with rice.
